Flare Gas Cogeneration Plant Design


  • We design Cogeneration plants using flare gasses associated with the extraction of crude oil. 
  • Reducing the gas flaring pollution on crude oil extraction.
  • Using the flare gasses  to produce electric power generation for auto consumption and sale to the grid. 
  • This will benefit the oil industry and local governments by creating an environmental and financial solution by reducing the flare gas and using them to create electricity and steam.  
  • This additional steam and electricity can be used in the production plant and sell the extra to the grid and to municipalities. 
  • This cogeneration process also generates income from CO2 credits.
